    Three rounds for time of:
    50 Squats
    7 Muscle Ups
    10 Hang Power Cleans 135/95

    Alex’s Notes: Handstand work should be scaled up from what you worked on last week. If a handstand hold and forward roll is baby food for you now, start working with a spotter on handstand walking! Bench Press should be a new 3RM or APRE 6. Metcon – Compare to May 1, 2014. Scaling for Muscle-Ups is Chest-to-Bar Pullups or Pullups at a 3RM assistance level.
