IS CROSSFIT FOR ME?

Yes. Everyone regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels can do our program. Our experienced coaches modify the program for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?

No. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start. The best part of CrossFit is that you can modify the workout to your fitness level. As you become stronger you can adjust the workouts to be more challenging. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY FIRST CLASS?

On your first CrossFit class you can expect that the coach will introduce themself to you and then guide and support you over the next hour. You can expect that the other members will welcome you to the class and share fist bumps at the end of class. You may feel nervous on your first class, tryingi anything new can be unsettling but we will be there to ensure your first class is a great experience of fitness and fun.
