2 Sweet Potatoes or Yams, peeled and sliced
1 Apple (I prefer MacIntosh or Gala), sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup water
Cinnamon to taste
Preheat oven to 400F.
Layer the slices of sweet potato and apple in an 8x8 baking dish.
Combine applesauce and water, pour over top.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 40 min.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 4-6 servings.
