2 Blocks Carbs, 2 Blocks Fat
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach (1/2 Block Carb)
- ½ red pepper (1/2 Block Carb)
- ½ tomato (1/2 Block Carb)
- ¼ cucumber (1/4 Block Carb)
- ½ cup snow peas (1/4 Block Carb)
- 1 tsp olive oil (2 Blocks fat)
- 1 tsp lime juice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients well.
Suggestions:

Add 1 oz deli meat and 1 oz cheddar or mozzarella OR 1.5 oz feta cheese for a complete snack.
