"Egg Nog" Yougurt with Fruit - 4 Blocks

Ingredients:

Seasoning:

Directions:

  1. Place yogurt in small bowl or 1-quart Pyrex measuring cup
  2. Add Protein powder, vanilla, turmeric, nutmeg
  3. Stir well with a large spoon, scraping the sides as needed to incorporate all of the seasonings
  4. Stir in almond oil or sprinkle nuts on top
  5. Top with sliced fruit just before serving
  6. Serve immediately or pour into one container (for one meal) or four containers (to yield four snacks)
