  • 1 cup celery, sliced (1/2 Block Carb)
  • ½ apple, diced (1/2 Block Carb)
  • 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise (1 Block Fat)
  • 1 pecan, crushed
  • 1 ounce low-fat cheese (1 Block Protein)
