
Ingredients:
8 oz boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces OR 200g beef stir-fry strips
2 cups frozen vegetable stir-fry mix
2 tbsp peanut, sesame, or extra virgin olive oil
One clove garlic
Sea salt & pepper
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Directions:
Heat wok to cooking temperature.
Heat approximately half the oil in the wok.
Press garlic and chili flakes into the oil, then add chicken/beef and stir-fry until done — about four minutes.
Remove from wok and set aside in a bowl.
Heat remaining oil in wok.
Combine vegetables and stir-fry them until defrosted and hot — about two minutes.
Add the chicken back into the wok and toss together for two minutes.
Makes 1-2 servings.
