PRIVATE INTRODUCTION

Book your private introduction to Element CrossFit's fitness program, and bring a friend or two along! During your first session, we will introduce you to our facility, our program, and some of the exercises and equipment we use. Your first workout will be based upon your current fitness level and exercise background. If you like what you experience, try us for 90-days, you've got nothing to lose!


TRAINING PACKAGES

No contract. No initiation fee. Certified trainers are always on hand to help you get warmed up, learn the basics, practice proper form and scale if necessary, the exercises in the Workout of the Day (WOD), and coach you through the workout. Depending on the day and time, you may be on your own or in a small group, but you will always get personal attention from certified CrossFit trainers. Before or after your workout, you can pick our brains about all things fitness, learn or practice a skill, or just hang around to socialize and watch others work out. This option works best for the generally active, injury-free individual.

PRIVATE COACHING

Are you interested in CrossFit but do not feel ready to join a group class? If so, sign up for a private coaching or semi-private coaching session with one of our coaches. During your private or semi-private coaching sessions, you will work with your coach to build your general fitness base, gain familiarity with our movements, and work towards any specific goals you may have.

Private sessions are a great option for those who:

  • Want extra accountability
  • Prefer undivided personal attention
  • Goals include weight loss and improved body composition
  • Are new to exercise
  • Have specific performance-oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, hockey, soccer, swimming, etc.)
  • Are pregnant or have just had a child

Workouts and strength- or skill-oriented training sessions will be designed specifically for your current fitness level, and progress you at the proper pace for your needs and goals.

DROP-IN / 10-PASS

Element CrossFit can also accommodate you on a drop-in basis, if you can not commit to a monthly membership. 10-Pass Memberships are valid for 3-months from date of purchase.
