Ingredients:
2 carrot sticks (1C)
1 apple (2C)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (freebie)
Directions:
Peel and grate carrots and apple.
Mix well, let sit for 5 min.
Serves 2.
Optional: Any or all of:
- 1/4 cup plain whole yogurt (1/2P 1/2C)
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts (1P 4F)
- 1/4 cup pineapple, diced (1C)
- 1 tbsp raisins (1C)
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds (2F)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut flakes (1F)
