Warm-Up

Five rounds of:
10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
3-5 Strict Pullups
10 Burpee Broad Jumps

Strength
Deadlift 5 x 3

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
5 Strict Handstand Pushups
7 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
30 Double Unders

Note: Perform DB Hang Clean & Jerks 6 with one arm and then 6 with the other.
