10 Kettlebell Bottoms Up Press (5 each arm)

Strength
Bench Press 4-4-4-4-4

CrossFit Workout
Two rounds for as many reps as possible of:
2 Minutes Wallballs 20/14
2 Minutes Strict Pullups
2 Minutes Burpees
2 Minutes Rest
