For time:

Dumbbell Snatches 75/55
Ring Dips

Time Cap: 15 Minutes
Scale as needed with appropriate weight & dip/pushup variations.

Rest as needed between 1 and 2.

CrossFit Workout 2
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
20 Situps
10 Overhead Squats 95/65
