200m Run
25 Dumbbell Snatches 50/35
– rest 2 minutes between each cycle –

Score is total number of Dumbbell Snatches.

Five rounds of:
10 Kettlebell Swings
15 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
10 Kettlebell Bottoms Up Press (5 each arm)
