Sprints
200m, 400m, 600m, 800m

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
25′ Single Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge 50/35
20 Dumbbell Snatches 50/35
25′ Single Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge 50/35
