Four rounds of:
10 Plate Ground-to-Overhead 45/25
10 Jumping Squats
3-5 Reps of Strict Pullups + Strict Toes-to-Bar
10 Samson Stretch
10 Burpees

Sprints
Set up in front of a running clock and complete the following:
0:00 – 2:00 – 200m
2:00 – 6:00 – 400m
6:00 – 12:00 – 600m
12:00 – 20:00 – 800m
