Warm-Up
Row 500m / AirBike 30/21 Cals
then
Three rounds of:
10 Strict-Pushup Burpees
30 Double Unders / 90 Single Skips
30s High Plank Hold

Strength
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform 5 Thrusters. Start at 95/65 and add weight as able.

CrossFit Workout
Four rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
10 Clean & Jerks 135/95
30 Air Squats

Time Cap: 15 Minutes
