3-5 Reps of Strict Pullups + Strict Toes-to-Bar
10 Samson Stretch
10 Burpees

Strength
Push Press 8-8-8-8-8

CrossFit Workout
Four rounds for time:
21 Dumbbell Snatches 50/35
15 Burpee Lateral Over Dumbbell

Time Cap: 16 Minutes

Note: Dumbbell Snatches are ALWAYS alternating.
