Bar Muscle Ups / Chest-to-Bar Pullups
Handstand Pushups

Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Remain at each station for a total of 8 intervals and then move on to the next station. There is no rest between stations. This workout is 16 minutes long.
