Sprints
8 x 200m Sprints
On a running clock perform one 200m Sprint every 2 minutes for a total of 8 Rounds

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Wallballs 20/14
10 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1
