3 Wall Walks + 10s Handstand Hold
100 Single Skips
30s Dead Hang

Sprints
8 x 200m Repeats – On a running clock perform one 200m Sprint every 2 minutes for a total of 8 rounds.

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
7 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
7 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
