Warm-Up
Row 500m / AirBike 30/21 Cals
then
Three rounds of:
10 Strict-Pushup Burpees
30 Double Unders / 90 Single Skips
30s High Plank Hold

Strength/Skill
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:
Clean & Jerk – 3-3-2-2-1-1-2-2-3-3
Start at 95/65 and add weight as you’re able.

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Toes-to-Bar
25′ Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge Left Arm 50/35
15 Strict Handstand Pushups / Hand Release Pushups
25′ Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge Right Arm 50/35

Scoring: Each 25′ set of lunges is 1 rep (so each round is 32 reps)
