3 Strict Chest-to-Bar Pullups w/10 second negatives

Skill / EMOM

Odds – 21/15 Cal Row
Evens – 8-12 Strict Handstand Pushups

Scale HSPU as needed – (adjust Reps or Kipping)

40 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20
30 Squat Cleans 95/65
20 Burpee Chest-to-Bar Pullups
10 D-Ball Cleans 150/100
