50 Single Skips
30s Dead Hang

Sprints
5 x 400m Sprints
On a running clock perform 5 x 400m Run on each 4 minute interval. Record time for each run.

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
8 Thrusters 75/55
24 Double Unders
