Run 400m / Bike 50 Cal / 200 Single Skips
then
Four slow rounds for quality:
15 PVC Shoulder Dislocates
10 Pause Front Squats empty bar
10 Behind-the-Neck Press empty bar
10 Good Mornings

Strength
EMOM 10 Minutes – Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean + Power Clean + Push Jerk
then
On a 15 minute clock find a heavy single
Power Clean + Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

CrossFit Workout
For time:
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Wallballs 30/20
7 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
7 Strict Handstand Pushups

Note: Sub Hand-Release Pushups for Strict HSPU as needed.
