10 Walking Lunge Steps

Strength
Front Squat 6-6-6-6-6

CrossFit Workout
Five rounds for time of:
200m Run
12 Dumbbell Deadlifts
9 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
6 Dumbbell Push Jerks

RX – Men use 2 x 50lb Dumbbells, Women use 2 x 35lb Dumbbells
