Warm-Up
Four rounds of:
10 Plate Ground-to-Overhead 45/25
10 Walking Lunge Steps
3-5 Reps of Strict Pullups + Strict Toes-to-Bar
10 Walking Lunge Steps
10 Burpees

Strength
Back Rack Lunge + Back Squat
10-10-10-10-10
(Perform 10 lunges THEN 10 squats)

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
2 Bar Muscle Ups
4 Handstand Pushups
8 Kettlebell Swings 70/50

Note: Sub as needed to: Pullups (c2b if possible)/Hand Release Pushups/ 50/35 Kettlebell
