Warm-Up
Run 400m
Five rounds of:
10 Thrusters (empty bar)
5 Strict Pullups
10 Burpee Broad Jumps

Strength
Front Squat 4-4-4

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Clean & Jerks 135/95
6 Burpees
9 Air Squats
– rest 1 minute –

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Score is total reps completed. Each round begins with Clean & Jerks.
