Three rounds of:
3 Strict Pullups
10 Hindu Pushups
10 Walking Lunge Steps
30s Plank Hold

Strength
a) Thruster 6-6-6-6-6+
b) Strict Pullup 8-8-8-8-8

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans 135/95
6 Pushups
9 Squats
– rest 1 minute –
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Score is total reps completed. Each round is 18 reps.

Scale up if appropriate to 3 Power Snatch, 6 Handstand Pushups, 9 Pistols.
