Warm-Up
Run/Row 500m
Three rounds of:
3-5 Strict Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
20s Samson Stretch Each Side

Rep Max Total
Max Reps at 95% of Training Max of the following 3 exercises:
(High Bar) Back Squat, Push Press, Deadlift.

The following rules will apply to all attempts:
– You will have one attempt for a max rep set for each exercise
– You must declare your attempt (reps) along with the weight before you go
– Attempts will be made at 95% of your Training Max as determined in your personal Train Heroic App Log
– If you drop, re-rack, pause to regrip on the floor, your reps will stop counting from that point forward
– Deadlifts CANNOT be touch and go – touch and go deads will NOT count – but you must keep a steady cadence to avoid the ‘regrip’ foul

Find a Rep Max at 95% of your Deadlift Training Max.
