10 Walking Lunge Steps

Strength
Back Squat 8-8-8-8-8

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 Toes-to-Bar
14 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerk 50/35 (7 each arm)
49 Double Unders
