Run 400m
Five rounds of:
10 Thrusters (empty bar)
5 Strict Pullups
10 Burpee Broad Jumps

Strength
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Thrusters 75/55
7 Burpee Lateral Over Bar
