Three rounds of:
3 Wall Walks + 10s Handstand Hold
100 Single Skips
30s Dead Hang

400m Run Repeats
On a running clock perform 5 x 400m Run on each 4 minute interval. Record time for each run.

Elite: Sub 1 min
Awesome 1:15
Great 1:30
Good 1:45
Decent 2:00
Needs Work – 3:00

CrossFit Workout
As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Handstand Pushups
10 Toes-to-Bar
30 Double Unders
