10 Overhead Walking Lunges
10 Overhead Squats (empty bar)
30s Low Plank Hold

Strength
Power Clean 1-1-1-1-1

CrossFit Workout
“Bennington”
As many reps as possible in 5 Minutes of:
200m Run Buy-In
3 Clean & Jerks 135/95
6 Bar-Facing Burpees
9 Squats
– rest 1 minute –
Repeat for a total of 5 Cycles

Your score is total number of reps completed in all the rounds combined, each 5 minute interval begins again with the run. Each complete round is 18 reps (the run does not count as a rep)
