CrossFit Workout
In 16 minutes perform:
100 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1
then remainder of time:
10 Burpee Box Jumps
15 Squat Snatch 95/65
30 Double Unders

Score is total reps including the kettlebell swings.

Core Cashout
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
ODDS – 10-15 V-Ups (or 25 Ab-Mat Situps)
EVENS – 30s Hollow Hold
