3-5 Reps of Strict Pullups + Strict Toes-to-Bar
10 Samson Stretch
10 Burpees

Strength
a) Bench Press 6-6-6-6-6
b) Strict Chin-Up 6-6-6-6-6

CrossFit Workout
Five rounds for time of:
20 Toes-to-Bar
20 Handstand Pushups
20 Pistols
Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds

Time Cap: 25 Min.
