Lesley Billson, one of Nick’s private coaching clients at Element Port Credit gets the spotlight today as she performs a squat to a 12 inch platform when just weeks before she started on a 24 inch platform. At 63 years young Lesley decided to explore her athletic side and find the healthiest version of herself that she can be. Her Coach Nick admires her open personality and her dedication to taking care of her Dad. Lesley will soon be moving into Element’s Boomers Program to continue to develop her strength, coordination, balance and healthy lifestyle. We’re confident that with the communities support Lesley will find better health, longevity and will continue to take amazing care of her family with all her new found energy! Some disciplines grabbed my attention even more and I got very passionate about my training in them, for example: Ballet, Volleyball, Olympic weightlifting, Running, Taekwondo and now CrossFit!
